Hi, I’m Katlyn! (pronounced kate-lin)
Born and raised in Pensacola, Florida, I’m a beach girl through and through. After graduating at Florida State University, I spent 8 years in Dallas, Texas. While there, I had the gift of working for very diverse organizations… a contractor management software company, a global church, a small business launch, a realtor, Dale Carnegie leadership training, and a digital marketing agency. From corporate to small business, I have found two true passions:
- serving people
- helping to find an answer to a need.
When my husband and I decided to move our boys (2 under two) 👼🏼👼🏼 back to my hometown, I knew I wanted to pursue a career that incorporated those two things. I wanted to do something that made a true impact on the souls and soil of the place that means so much to me. Real estate was the perfect fit.
I absolutely love serving those of you in the panhandle looking to buy, sell, invest, have a vacation home, rent, etc. I specialize in working with first time home buyers. Helping you feel full of peace, understanding, and confident in your first home purchase is my greatest joy.
