Kenneth Manziek

Ken Manziek has been is real estate for over 30 years, beginning his career with Better Homes Realty here in Pensacola, Florida. While there he received numerous production awards, as well as being voted "Salesman of the Year." This distinction was bestowed by a vote of the other agents. Upon leaving Better Homes, he and John Connell organized Connell & Manziek Realty. This came about because Ken had worked with and enjoyed new construction, and was handling 15 builder accounts. John handled lots and developments. It seemed to be a perfect match. Within five years, they had outgrown three different locations, finally building their present office building on Airport Boulevard. Ken was awarded the first Phoenix Award by the Home Builders' Association. He has served as the chairman on the Airport Board of Adjustment and Appeals. He is a Life Spike Member of the National Association of Home Builders, and other local organizations.
