Pensacola Blue Wahoos

The Southern League of Professional Baseball Clubs is one of the oldest and most respected leagues within professional sports with roots dating back to 1885. The League is currently home to ten teams located in the South.

The ten teams and their affiliates include: Blue Wahoos (Cincinnati Reds); Biloxi Shuckers (Milwaukee Brewers); Birmingham Barons (Chicago White Sox); Chattanooga Lookouts (LA Dodgers); Jackson Generals (Seattle Mariners); Jacksonville Suns (Florida Marlins); Mississippi Braves (Atlanta Braves); Mobile BayBears (Arizona Diamondbacks); Montgomery Biscuits (Tampa Bay Rays); and Tennessee Smokies (Chicago Cubs).

Pensacola Bayfront Stadium is considered one of the most premier facilities in Minor League Baseball.

UWF Football

UWF will be added to the Gulf South Conference football schedule in the inaugural season (2016) and the team will be eligible for a conference championship and an NCAA postseason bid.
